ACU chief Kumar to stay with Team India
Thursday 11 June 2015

Head of BCCI's Anti Corruption Unit (ACU) Neeraj Kumar is currently in Bangladesh with the Indian cricket team as designated anti-corruption official.

"Mr Kumar is BCCI's ACU official and is expected to stay with the team till end of series. As is the norm, he is staying in team hotel and also during match time is sitting just outside the dressing room," a BCCI source told PTI on Wednesday.

The former Delhi Police Commissioner was appointed by the new regime after ex-head Ravi Sawani resigned last week.

Meanwhile, in his personal capacity BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya has sent gifts for Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina alongwith former ACC chief executive Ashraful Haque, former ICC president Mustafa Kamal said.

"Since BCCI president won't be present in person, he has sent gifts for the PM and other top officials," Kamal said.
