Saturday 13 October 2012

An Indigenous Development cricket team from Australia is on a visit to India as part of 'Oz Fest', a mega Australian cultural festival being staged in the country, and to play T20 and 50-over games in Mumbai and Pune.

The team would play a T20 game at the Cricket Club of India here followed by 50-over games at the Pune Club ground (Oct 19) and the MIG Cricket Club in Mumbai (Oct 23 and 24).

BCCI will pay more to boards for allowing their cricketers to play IPL
The Indian board, though, will make the payments on pro-rata basis, which will depend on the duration of the player’s availability during the season.
CoA curtails BCCI office-bearers powers severely
They will now have to seek C0A approval for travel expenses; Board will not bear expenses for any external legal advice.
